Remote Tools
SMS Remote Tools provide help desk assistance and troubleshooting support to clients in an SMS hierarchy. The Remote Tools suite is summarized in the following table.

Remotely runs diagnostic utilities on a client computer. |
Ping Test |
Remotely determines the network connection quality between a site server and a client computer. |
