In Project Server permission mode, you can modify the permissions for any existing template in the Manage Templates page in Project Web App Settings.

You must have access to Project Web App.
Important: The Manage users and groups global permission in Project Web App is required to complete this procedure.
Perform the following procedure to modify an existing template in Project Web App.To modify a template
On the Project Web App home page, on the Settings menu, click Project Web App Settings.
On the Server Settings page, in the Security section, click Manage Security Templates.
On the Manage Templates page, in the Template Name list, click the template that you want to edit.
On the Add or Edit Template page, make your changes to the template.
