Installing the Microsoft Office Groove Server 2007 Manager software and bringing the server online at your organization involves the following main steps: setting up an SQL server, setting up the Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) server, installing the Groove Server Manager software on the IIS server, configuring the Groove Server Manager, and configuring SMTP. The context is a general setup that meets the needs of many enterprises.
