Description
Unprovisions the SharePoint Central Administration Web site from the local machine.
Warning
This operation is intended for use by other products, and not by administrators of Windows SharePoint Services. If you delete the administrative Web application for Windows SharePoint Services, you can no longer manage Windows SharePoint Services. This operation cannot be undone.
Note
The deleteadminvs operation does not take any parameters.
Unprovision means that all remnants of a service or site are removed, but information in the content database is still available.

stsadm -o deleteadminvs
