In this final process, the project team completes its involvement with the solution.

Activities: Review the Deployment Complete Milestone
The Deployment Complete Milestone finalizes the project and signifies that the project team has fully disengaged and transferred the solution to permanent personnel. At the completion of this milestone, the project team signs off on the milestone review report document to signify their approval of the milestone. Additionally, the project team, customers, and stakeholders complete the post-project analysis document and the project close-out report to document lessons learned and best practices.
