Change e-mail mailbox quotas for a user account

You must be a network administrator to complete this procedure.

To change mailbox quotas for a user account

  1. Open the Windows SBS Console.

  2. On the navigation bar, click the Users and Groups tab, and then click Users.

  3. In the list of user accounts, click the user account that you want modify the mailbox quotas for, and then click Edit user account properties.

  4. On the <User Account> Properties page, click the E-Mail tab, and then do one of the following:

    • Select the Enforce the mailbox quotas check box to enforce the mailbox quotas for the user account, and then set the maximum mailbox size.

    • Clear the Enforce the mailbox quotas check box to stop enforcing the mailbox quotas for the user account.

  5. Click Apply, and then click OK.
