Archive security group e-mail messages to an Exchange Server public folder

You must be a network administrator to complete this procedure.

To archive e-mails for a security group

  1. Open the Windows SBS Console.

  2. On the navigation bar, click the Users and Groups tab, and then click Groups.

  3. In the list of Security Groups, click the security group account that you want archive e-mails for, and then click Edit group properties.

  4. On the <Group Account> Properties page, click the E-mail tab, select Archive e-mails sent to this group in a public folder.

Note

To select this option, you must enable the security group to receive e-mail.

  1. Click Apply, and then click OK.
