Change virtual private network permissions for a user account

Note

You must be a network administrator to complete this procedure.

To change virtual private network permissions for a user account

  1. Open the Windows SBS Console.

  2. On the navigation bar, click the Users and Groups tab, and then click Users.

  3. In the list of user accounts, click the user account that you want modify the virtual private network permissions for, and then click Edit user account properties.

  4. On the <User Account> Properties page, click the Remote Access tab, and then do one of the following:

    • Select the User can access virtual private network check box to allow the user account to create a VPN connection to the network.

    • Clear the User can access virtual private network check box to stop the user account from creating a VPN connection to the network.

  5. Click Apply, and then click OK.
