Possible Causes
The column metadata in the data source was modified. However, this modification was not made to the column metadata in the source or destination component that is connected to the data source.
User Action
In Business Intelligence Development Studio, in the SSIS Designer, right-click the source or destination component, and then click Edit. When a message appears that asks whether you want to replace the column metadata in the component with the column metadata in the data source, click Yes. Integration Services will automatically update the column metadata in the component to match the column metadata in the connected data source.
