Add a photo

Internal Web Site

  1. Open your company's internal Web site.
    Your company's internal Web site should appear when you open Internet Explorer. If it does not, click My Company on the Favorites menu.
  2. In the Quick Launch bar, click Pictures.
  3. Under Picture Libraries, click the library where you want to add a photo.
  4. Click Add Picture.
  5. Click Browse to find the file that you want to upload, and then click Open.
    Important
    • If you do not want this file to replace a file of the same name in the library, clear the Overwrite existing file(s)? check box.
  6. Click Save and Close.

Note

  • You can also access picture libraries from the top navigation bar by clicking Documents and Lists.
