Add the Vacation Calendar to Outlook

- Open your company's internal Web site.
Your company's internal Web site should appear when you open Internet Explorer. If it does not, click My Company on the Favorites menu. - In the Quick Launch bar, click Vacation Calendar.
- Click Link to Calendar.
- Click OK in the Outlook box to confirm that you want to add the Vacation Calendar to Outlook 2003.
The Vacation Calendar will be displayed in Outlook 2003.
