Create an appointment
Calendar
- Open Outlook 2003.
- On the navigation pane, click Calendar.
- On the Actions menu, click New Appointment.
- In the Subject box, type a description.
- In the Location box, type the location.
- Enter start and end times, or select All day event.
- Select any other options you want, such as setting a reminder.
- If you are setting up a recurring appointment, click Recurrence.
Select how often the appointment will recur and how long you want to keep the appointment on your calendar. - Click OK, and then click Save and Close.
Notes
- Using the calendar, you can also create an appointment by selecting a block of time, right-clicking your selection, and then clicking New Appointment or New Recurring Appointment.
- You can also create an appointment by using Outlook Web Access. To access Outlook Web Access, from a computer connected to the Internet, navigate to your company's Remote Web Workplace, and then select Read my company e-mail.
