Choose a display style

  1. On the top link bar, click Documents and Lists , and then click the name of the picture library that you want to open.

  2. In the All Pictures and Selected Pictures views, you can choose from three display styles to change how you view picture files. Select the view you want to work with.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • To see a table of picture properties, under the view name, click Details .

    • To see many small pictures at once, under the view name, click Thumbnails .

    • To see both a strip of small pictures and a single larger picture, under the view name, click Filmstrip .

Note: The Microsoft Windows Explorer view does not offer a choice of display styles.
