Send pictures to another program

Use this procedure to send pictures to a program compatible with Microsoft , such as Microsoft .

  1. On the top link bar, click Documents and Lists , and then click the name of the picture library that you want to open.

  2. Select the check box next to each picture you want to send.

  3. Click Send To .

  4. Do one of the following:

Send to an existing file

  1. Make sure the file is open on your computer.

  2. Under Insert into an open file , click the arrow, and then select the file you want to insert the pictures into.

    Note: You can only send pictures to a file that's open in Microsoft Word or Microsoft PowerPoint.

Send to a new file

  • Under Insert into a new , click the type of file you want to insert pictures into.
  • Do one of the following:

    • To send pictures with the default program settings, click Send .

    • To send pictures with different program specific settings, click Options , select the settings you want, click OK , and then click Send .

    Note: The options vary depending on the program you are sending the pictures to.
