You can get the information you want in different ways, depending on how you access the Help contents.
From a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services site
Click Help on the top link bar. Depending on the page you're using, a Help topic for the page you're on might appear, or the table of contents might appear.
If you can't find the information you need on the Help topic that appears, click Home to go to the table of contents, and then browse the topics. You can also use the resources in the On the Web section of this topic to find information.
From the Windows SharePoint Services compiled Help file download
You can download the help files for Windows SharePoint Services in a compiled Help file from the Microsoft Download Center .
