Run the CMAK Wizard to Create a Connection Profile

Applies To: Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012

By using the CMAK wizard, you can configure a new or existing connection profile. Each page of the wizard allows you to complete another step of the process.

To start the CMAK wizard

  1. Click Start, click Administrative Tools, and then click Connection Manager Administration Kit. If that entry does not appear on the menu, it is not installed. See Install the Connection Manager Administration Kit.

  2. If the User Account Control dialog box appears, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then click Continue.

  3. On the Welcome page, click Next.

    Each page that follows presents another step in building a connection profile.
