Resolve

Run Windows Setup to install missing plug-in

Verify

Use the winrm command-line tool to create a request that causes the plug-in to be used and verify that the operation succeeds. For example, a WMI-related request causes the WMI plug-in to be loaded. To test the WMI plug-in, create such a request and verify that the operation succeeds.
