IIS 6.0 F1: Edit Wildcard Mapping Rule - Rules Tab

Applies To: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 R2, Windows Server 2003 with SP1, Windows Server 2003 with SP2, Windows Server 2008

Use this tab to create matching rules that check whether certain client certificate fields match pre-defined criteria. If a field or subfield matches the criteria, the certificate is mapped to a Windows user account. Click the Certificate Field, Sub Field, or Match Criteria column header to sort the list by that type of information.

Edit

Click to modify the currently selected certificate field and its match criteria.

New

Click to create a new certificate field and its match criteria with the Edit Rule Element dialog box.

Delete

Click to delete the currently selected certificate field and match criteria.
