Import a Categorization Scheme Data File

After you create and save a categorization scheme, you can import the categorization scheme into a UDDI Services site.

You must have a coordinator role of the UDDI Services site in order to import a categorization scheme. Review details about using the appropriate accounts and group memberships at Local and Domain Default Groups (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=83477).

To import a categorization scheme data file

  1. Using your Web browser, navigate to the UDDI Services Web site to which you want to migrate the providers. For example, navigate to https://<servername>/uddi.

  2. Click Coordinate, and then click Data Import.

  3. Click Browse, navigate to the XML file that you saved from the Categorization Scheme Editor, and then click Open.

  4. Click Import. The categorization scheme that the XML file contains is imported into the UDDI Services site and published by the user who is currently signed in.
