Configure Outlook for Sending E-mail
To create a contact, out-of-office notice, or distribution group, complete the following procedures on your server and on a client computer that is connected to the server:
- To add personal or shared contacts to a contacts folder, see Add a contact.
- To create a message that is sent to people when you are out of the office, see Create an out-of-office notice.
- To create a distribution group, which sends the same e-mail to several people, see Create a distribution list.
