Specify recipients of performance or usage reports

To complete this procedure, you must be logged on as a member of the Domain Admins security group.

  1. Open Server Management.
  2. In the console tree, click Monitoring and Reporting.
  3. In the details pane, click Change Server Status Report Settings.
  4. Under Reports, click the report for which you want to specify recipients, and then click Edit.
  5. On the E-mail Options tab, under E-mail the report to, type one or more e-mail addresses designated to receive a copy of the report.
  6. Under E-mail address for replies only, type one or more e-mail addresses designated to receive replies to the report.

Notes

  • To open Server Management, click Start, and then click Server Management.
  • When sending the report or responses to multiple recipients, use a semicolon (;) to separate each address.
