Specify recipients of performance or usage reports
To complete this procedure, you must be logged on as a member of the Domain Admins security group.
- Open Server Management.
- In the console tree, click Monitoring and Reporting.
- In the details pane, click Change Server Status Report Settings.
- Under Reports, click the report for which you want to specify recipients, and then click Edit.
- On the E-mail Options tab, under E-mail the report to, type one or more e-mail addresses designated to receive a copy of the report.
- Under E-mail address for replies only, type one or more e-mail addresses designated to receive replies to the report.
Notes
- To open Server Management, click Start, and then click Server Management.
- When sending the report or responses to multiple recipients, use a semicolon (;) to separate each address.
