Route faxes to the fax document library

1. Open Server Management.
2. In the console tree, click Fax.
3. In the details pane, click Configure Fax Server. The Fax Configuration Wizard appears.
4. Follow the instructions in the wizard until you reach the Inbound Fax Routing page.
5. On the Inbound Fax Routing page, select Store in a document library.
6. Type the name of the document library or subfolder where faxes will be routed, or select the name from the list.
7. On the Finish page, review your settings, and then click Finish.

Notes

• To open Server Management, click Start, and then click Server Management.
• You can route faxes in multiple ways for each fax modem or device. For example, for a given device, you can route a fax to both a document library and to an e-mail address.
