Submit a Help Desk request
Internal Web Site
- Open your company's internal Web site.
Your company's internal Web site should appear when you open Internet Explorer. If it does not, click My Company on the Favorites menu. - In the Quick Launch bar, click Help Desk.
- Click New Item.
- Enter a title and description for the issue. If you are submitting an issue on behalf of another user, consider putting that user's name in the title.
- Click Save and Close.
Notes
- Before submitting a Help Desk request, make sure that your company is using the Help Desk feature.
- You can also access Help Desk by clicking Documents and Lists on the top navigation bar.
