Submit a Help Desk request

Internal Web Site

  1. Open your company's internal Web site.
    Your company's internal Web site should appear when you open Internet Explorer. If it does not, click My Company on the Favorites menu.
  2. In the Quick Launch bar, click Help Desk.
  3. Click New Item.
  4. Enter a title and description for the issue. If you are submitting an issue on behalf of another user, consider putting that user's name in the title.
  5. Click Save and Close.

Notes

  • Before submitting a Help Desk request, make sure that your company is using the Help Desk feature.
  • You can also access Help Desk by clicking Documents and Lists on the top navigation bar.
