Applies To: Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Vista
The at.exe executable schedules commands and programs to run on a computer at a specified time and date similar to Task Scheduler. Task Scheduler and the schtasks.exe executable replace at.exe. All tasks created using the at.exe executable must run under the same account. By default this account is the local system account, but you can change this by configuring the AT service account information.
To configure the AT service account information
If Task Scheduler is not open, start Task Scheduler. For more information, see Start Task Scheduler.
Click AT Service Account Configuration in the Action pane.
In the AT Service Account Configuration dialog box, select Service Account or This Account to choose the account that will be used to run tasks scheduled with the at.exe executable. If you select, This Account then you must supply a password for the account.
Click the Ok button in the AT Service Account Configuration dialog box.
