<Web_Site_URL> - Issues

The Issues tab of the <Web_Site_URL> dialog box enables you to view the following information for your visited Web sites:

  • The issue status, either active (a red X) or resolved (a green check mark).

  • The provider and the subprovider who added the issue.

  • The severity of the issue, as entered by the provider and the subprovider.

  • The issue title, as entered by the provider and the subprovider.

  • The symptom, as entered by the provider and the subprovider.

  • The date the issue was first published.

To access the Issues tab of the <Web_Site_URL> dialog box

  1. Click Analyze from the Quick Reports pane.

  2. Click Web Sites from the Internet Explorer heading in the Quick Reports pane.

    The Internet Explorer - Web Site Report screen appears.

  3. Double-click the Web site URL for which you want to see the associated issue details.

    The <Web_Site_URL> dialog box appears, with the Issues tab showing.

Using the Issues Tab

On the Issues tab of the <Web_Site_URL> dialog box, you can perform the following actions:

  • Review the high-level issue details.

  • Select your assessment of the Web site. For more information, see Selecting Your Assessment Rating.

  • Select the deployment status for the Web site. For more information, see Selecting Your Deployment Status.

  • Categorize the Web site. For more information, see Categorizing Your Data.

  • Prioritize the Web site. For more information, see Prioritizing Your Data.

  • Add or edit an issue for the selected Web site. For more information, see Adding or Editing an Issue.

  • Add or edit a solution for the Web site issue. For more information, see Adding or Editing a Solution.

  • Double-click the issue text to view more detailed information about the issue. This includes any possible known solutions, the affected operating systems, and a detailed description for the issue, and if available, the solution. Finally, from this dialog box, you can also resolve any issues that you have fixed, or deemed unnecessary for your organization. For more information, see Resolving an Issue.
