Windows interface administrative tool reference A-Z: Network Diagnostics

You can use Network Diagnostics to gather and display information about your computer hardware and operating system, your Internet configuration, and your modem and network adaptor configuration.

To use Network Diagnostics

  1. Open Help and Support Center.

  2. Click Tools.

  3. Click Help and Support Center Tools.

  4. Click Network Diagnostics.
