Process for Designing a Resource Authorization Strategy

Designing a resource authorization strategy involves selecting the best resource authorization method or methods for your environment. You must also consider and implement policies for security group management that determine who is allowed to create security groups, how security groups are named, how they can be nested, and how they are administered.

Figure 15.1 shows the process for designing a resource authorization strategy.
