50000000 |
Description
Specifies the time offset, in 10-7 seconds, by which times greater than or equal to this value are to be considered suspicious and possibly erroneous.
Activation Method
To make changes to this entry effective, at the command line, type:
w32tm /config /update
Tip
- Setting this value higher makes it less likely that the system clock will be set directly, and makes clock correction less frequent. This can be useful if you want to avoid discontinuities in system time (for example, while logging important transactions). However, the time service is more likely to regard bad time samples as good, which can lead to less accurate time.
