OOBE
OOBE specifies the out-of-box experience for the end user.
These settings specify whether to do the following:

Hide the Microsoft Software License Terms page in Windows Welcome.

Skip Windows Welcome, also known as Machine OOBE.

Skip Welcome Center, also known as Per User OOBE.
It also specifies the following:
