Windows Vista

Versions include both Release-To-Manufacturing (RTM) and Service Pack 1 (SP1).

Windows Server 2008

Windows Vista K

The following operating systems are available only in Korea:

  • Windows Vista® Home Basic K
  • Windows Vista® Business K

Microsoft Windows Vista K operating systems are 32-bit versions of the Windows Vista operating system that also include links to a Media Player Center Web site and a Messenger Center Web site. The Korean Fair Trade Commission requires that Microsoft Windows Vista K include links to these Web sites, which contain links to third-party sites that enable consumers to download and to install third-party media players and instant messaging software. OEMs may not remove the links to the Media Player Center Web site or Messenger Center Web site.

The third-party sites are not under the control of MS or Microsoft, and neither MS or Microsoft is responsible for the software and contents of any third-party sites, any links contained in third-party sites, or any changes or updates to the third-party software or sites. The inclusion of any link on the Media Player Center Web site or Messenger Center Web site does not imply an endorsement by Microsoft of the third-party software, the site, or its contents. MS and Microsoft provide no warranty whatsoever with respect to the third-party software.
