About the Members Web Part

The Members Web Part automatically appears on the home page of a Document Workspace site. The Members Web Part displays a list of users and domain groups who have permission to use the site.

When you click a member's name, you go to the User Information page for that member. When you click the smart tag next to a member's name, you can use the contact information to send an e-mail message, schedule a meeting, make a phone call, or send an instant message.

If the site has unique permissions, the Members Web Part also includes a command for adding new users to the site.
