For HTTP requests, add TCP port 80 to the Windows Firewall exceptions list.

For HTTPS requests, add TCP port 443 to the Windows Firewall exceptions list.

If your Web site is configured to use a TCP port other than 80 or 443, add that port number to the Windows Firewall exceptions list.
