Event ID 38 — AD DS Printer Publishing

You can publish printer information to Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) so that users can search for printers by location or other attributes. Publishing a printer creates a PrintQueue object in AD DS as a child of the print server computer account.

To stop logging information events for the print spooler, in Control Panel, open Printers, right-click a blank area of the window, click Server Properties, click the Advanced tab, and then clear the Log spooler information events check box.

This is a normal condition. No further action is required.
