Resolve
Ensure that the Web component and database are compatible
The version of the Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration (UDDI) Web component must be compatible with the version of the UDDI database component for the UDDI Services role to function correctly. To ensure compatibility, you must install both the UDDI Web component and the UDDI database component from the same version of the operating system.
Verify
To verify that the UDDI service is functioning correctly:
- Construct a save_tmodel Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) request and send the request to UDDI Services by using the Microsoft Universal Description, Discovery, and Integration (UDDI) Software Development Kit (SDK). For more information about saving tmodels using the UDDI SDK, see Saving a tModel (https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=96145).
- Check the response message. If the UDDI service is functioning correctly, the message contains detailed information about the tmodel that was saved on the server. If the UDDI service is not functioning correctly, a detailed error message appears.
