Designing the Routing Infrastructure

Integrating a remote site connection into your existing routing infrastructure requires that you decide which choices you want to make about the following tasks:

  • Adding static routes

  • Using routing protocols

  • Servicing Internet traffic

  • Enabling multicast connectivity between sites
