Description

Specifies the minimum interval between successive updates of the IP subnets data for the site. Message Queuing (also known as MSMQ) servers use information from these updates to find the IP addresses of computer sites.

This entry does not exist in the registry by default. You can add it by using the registry editor Regedit.exe.
