Delegate the ability to create new domain-based namespaces

To delegate the ability to create new domain-based namespaces
Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click DFS Management.
Right-click the Namespaces node, and then click Delegate Management Permissions.
Click Add to add users or groups to the list of delegated users and groups.
Type user names or group names separated by commas, click Check Names to verify the objects, and then click OK.
Note
- To perform this procedure, you must be a member of the Domain Admins group in Active Directory.
