Description

The Cdrom subkey stores configuration data for CD-ROM drivers and devices.

Activation Method

You can activate changes to the values of entries in this subkey by restarting the computer.

You can also activate changes without restarting the computer. From Device Manager, in Computer Management, first disable all CD-ROM drives and then enable all CD-ROM drives.

Caution

Invalid configuration of entries in this subkey can prevent the computer from starting.
