SSL Diagnostics Version 1.0 helps you identify configuration problems in the IIS metabase, certificates, or certificate stores when running Web sites that use SSL. This tool allows you to review SSL configuration information, simulate the SSL handshake to locate errors, or "hot swap" certificates for testing purposes.
