Rename a Subsystem

Note

Depending on the version of the Virtual Disk Service (VDS) provider that the storage subsystem is running, you may not be able to change the subsystem name.

To rename a subsystem

  1. In the console tree, click Subsystems.

  2. In the results pane, select the subsystem you want to rename.

  3. In the action pane, click Rename Subsystem.

  4. In the Rename Subsystem dialog box, type a new name for the subsystem, and then click OK.
