Application Virtualization Client WMI Provider

This section contains detailed information about the Application Virtualization (App-V) Client Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) Provider. All the classes that are described are in the WMI root\microsoft\appvirt\client namespace.

You can use a query tool such as wbemtest.exe or a scripting language such as Windows PowerShell or VBScript to retrieve key information about packages and applications from the clients for reporting purposes. The information available includes details on package status, cache size, and usage data.
