Description
Determines whether backup domain controllers running Windows NT 4.0 and earlier can replicate from this primary domain controller (PDC) even when the PDC is not configured to be in mixed mode.
This entry is used only when it appears in the registry of a PDC running Windows 2000.

Note
Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
