Explanation:

You receive this message when you access World Wide Web pages from an Internet Information Services (IIS) that requires authentication from Windows 2000 Server domains. Your receiving this message is by design. By default, IIS authenticates using the local security database. On member servers, authentication will fail unless you are member of the local security database or provide your user name in the form <domain>\<username>

User Action:

Either install IIS on a domain controller, or have users enter their domain and user name when they log on and access the Web pages.
