Error Message:

Access Forbidden

Explanation:

You might receive this message when connecting to an Internet Information Services enabled with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) in a case where the client does not have an assigned key to access the server. You might also receive this message if the client is not running the current version of Internet Explorer. Alternatively, you might receive this message if the client does not have correct permissions on the server. If the client is trying to access a script or Internet Database Connector (IDC) file, the client must have read and execute permissions for the directory where the script or file resides.

User Action:

Verify the client is running the current version of Internet Explorer. If not, download the current version from the Microsoft World Wide Web site. Also, check the scripts and IDC directories in Internet Information Manager for correct read and execute permissions.
