Description

The DHCPServer subkey stores configuration data for the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) service. A DHCP server is a Windows 2000 Server computer running Microsoft TCP/IP and the DHCP-compatible server software.

DHCP servers maintain a database of TCP/IP configuration information and provide that information to clients upon request.
