User Action:
Restore the services file from backup or the distribution disk, and try again. Also, check the bindings of your Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) stack. Verify that the TCP/IP protocol is bound at the top of the stack. If you continue to receive this message, remove the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, reinstall TCP/IP, and then reinstall the IIS Manager.
