Description
Specifies the default Time to Live (TTL) value in the header of outgoing Domain Name System (DNS) dynamic update registrations. The TTL determines how long a packet that has not reached its destination can remain on the network before it is discarded.
Note
Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
