User Action:
Verify that the DLL for the interface driver is installed in the Windows 2000 System directory. Check the binding of the network adapter by clicking Network under Control Panel. If you cannot enable the binding of the network adapter, reinstall the device driver for the associated network card. If the stack continues to fail to bind to the adapter, reinstall Wsock32.dll.
