Used to calculate the maximum number of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) message processing threads that can be active at any given time. The DHCP service will activate no more threads than the value of this entry, plus one thread for each processor on the server computer.
The value of this entry must be no more than the value of the MaxProcessingThreads entry. If you enter a higher value, the system uses the value of MaxProcessingThreads.
Windows 2000 does not add this entry to the registry. You can add it by editing the registry or by using a program that edits the registry.
