Explanation:

Your host is configured to use two network interface cards or adapters. One is configured to use WINS as a primary source to resolve host names to IP addresses and the other is not. If you choose not to configure the second adapter with a primary WINS address, your host will use name query broadcasts plus the local LMHOSTS file to resolve computer names for any connections established through this card. Broadcast resolution is limited to the local network.

User Action:

Double-click Network under Control Panel to configure the second adapter with the same WINS address that is used for the other adapter. Or click Yes to continue the configuration process.
